Introduction
In this Privacy Statement, ZeroDay Law LLC (“We” or “ZeroDay Law”) explain what personal information we collect, how we use and protect your information, and with whom we may share it when you visit zerodaylaw [dot] com (the “Website”) or otherwise receive or provide information to us as further described below (the “Sites”). This Privacy Statement does not apply to any information you provide us pursuant to an attorney-client relationship with ZeroDay Law pursuant to a signed engagement letter between us.
In addition to this Statement, we may separately provide you with other specific notices regarding your information, depending on the nature of our relationship with you and the context in which we collect your personal information. Any such separate notice should be read in conjunction with this Statement and, to the extent there is any conflict between such separate notice and this Statement, such separate notice shall control.

Information We Collect
When you use the Sites, we collect information when you voluntarily provide it to us, and certain information is automatically collected from you.
Information You Submit
ZeroDay Law collects your information (i) when you submit a request or send us questions using a “Contact Us” or similar form via the Sites, (ii) when you download certain content, (iii) in connection with communication with us via email, our social media accounts (including LinkedIn), verbal or other written communication, or (iv) when you complete questionnaires or surveys. This information may include your name, email address, phone number, the name of your company and any details you may provide about you or your company, including regarding your privacy issues or questions. We may combine this information with data we receive from publicly available sources.
Applicants - If you are seeking or being considered for working with ZeroDay Law, including as an independent consultant or contractor or intern, we may collect the following types of information during the application process: Name, address, date of birth, gender, email address and phone number; resume, work history, work authorization status, education, skills, professional licenses, permits, certifications and references; and other information you choose to provide during the application process. We may receive information about you from any references you provided in connection with being considered to work with us.
Information Automatically Collected
When you visit our Sites, we may automatically collect information that is linked to your computer or device that may or may not directly identify you personally. We use this information to administer our Sites, improve the Sites’ functionality, understand how you found out about us and what services may interest you, gather broad demographic information, analyze trends and for security. This information may include your IP address, the type of browser or device that you are using, pages viewed, items viewed or downloaded, referring and exit pages and operating system.
Consistent with most websites, we use cookies and pixel tags to collect internet activity information about your interaction with the Sites. We may also collect information on third party platforms such as HubSpot. Cookies are small text files used to collect information and pixels are transparent images that allow us to understand how users interact with our Sites. The Sites use necessary cookies and analytics cookies. Depending on the type of browser you use, you can set the browser to accept or reject all or certain types of the cookies at any time including after you have consented to our use of cookies by using our Sites.

Applicants – We use information you provide to us to assess your qualifications and skills, conduct reference checks, communicate with you about your candidacy and as permitted by applicable law.
Testimonials – We may post customer or partner testimonials and comments on our Sites. We obtain each individual’s consent via email or through other agreements prior to posting the testimonial and the individual’s name and affiliation.
Disclosure and Transfer of Your Information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share your information with third parties for those third parties’ own direct marketing purposes. However, we may disclose your information to third parties that help us with our business activities such as maintaining our Sites, data storage, security management and enhancements, email and document management, managing and effectuating our marketing efforts and client relationships and providing our services. We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement and in each case in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

International Transfers
We store and process your information in the United States, which may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you reside.

Generally, we rely on our legitimate interests when processing this information. These legitimate interests include operating our Site, managing our marketing efforts and our other business purposes. Children
ZeroDay Law does not knowingly collect or sell any information from or about children under the age of sixteen. If you are under the age of sixteen, do not provide personal information of any kind.

Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers have a “Do Not Track” feature. At this time, the Sites do not respond to these Do Not Track requests or similar signals that users may employ.
